Training Information
What will you learn?

This Digital Safety training will bring you important tips to help you stay safe online. Bad actors and people who harass others online often use tactics to start or increase intimidation and abuse. In this training, we will reflect on what digital safety is, why it’s important, and how it can protect you from online harassment. The training will explore some important prevention resources, such as how to practice password hygiene, lock your accounts, de-dox yourself, and update your devices. Participants will also learn how to protect themselves from digital threats, including Phishing, Social Engineering, and Malware.

Throughout the session, you will be provided with specific actions and practical tools to put everything learned into practice. There will also be room for interactive exercises that will help you feel more equipped to respond to threats.

You will leave the training understanding the fundamentals of digital safety and how to mitigate risks and prevent harm.
