Training Information
What will you learn?

Right To Be has created a new training pathway designed for individuals and small teams to easily access our Sexual Harassment Prevention in the Workplace training, one of our most popular training topics, by paying per seat, compared to a full in-house training.

For too long, sexual harassment trainings have been designed to tell people what not to do. We’re here to show everyone how they can show up to build a safe, inclusive, workplace environment. Our sexual harassment prevention training is unique in that it explores all forms of harassment — not just sexual harassment, and includes elements of bystander intervention training. Ours bystander methodology centers on the 5Ds of bystander intervention which offer five intervention strategies for people to use if they witness harassment at work and reduce instances of workplace harassment by teaching people to address disrespect head-on long before it escalates to harassment. Our robust, interactive, sexual harassment prevention training also meets compliance mandates in all 50 states at the city, state, and federal levels.

Investment: $69.99 per person
